RETURN POLICY

At Freedom Leather , we committed to crafting the highest quality products possible. As you know leather is a natural product and all our bow ties are handmade, therefore they will be unique and might vary in colour and structure slightly. 

We offer a lifetime warranty (from date of purchase, with proof required) within certain conditions and exclusions.  If the item, under conditions of normal use, proves to be defective, we will investigate the issue and gladly repair the item if possible or replace it free of charge with an equal or similar item. 

The warranty excludes any damage as a result of accidents, including water spills or damage, alteration, repair by any party other than Freedom Leather, transfer of leather dye or misuse.

If you bought one of our products and found any defect in the materials or workmanship, kindly contact us as soon as possible to resolve.  Please email us at info@freedomleatherco.com with all the information and photos of the product.

The unique differences in the colour and texture of leather is what makes leather products unique and the leather may darken and soften over time, due to normal use and exposure to the elements.  

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase which is why we offer our customers a 30 day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must have the original tags.  

To complete your return, you must email us at customerservice@freedomleatherco.com to obtain a return authorisation number.  You must also include a copy of your proof of purchase with the email.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

No returns will be accepted without a return authorisation number and proof of purchase.
